WHAT WE OFFER
We intend to maintain a positive team and gym culture where athletes support each other, but also come to expect a highly personalized approach to their growth.
It is our philosophy that this training environment is absolutely essential to developing the energy, training, and support required to withstand the intensity necessary to succeed in the sport of weightlifting.
We will strive to provide all of our athletes with:
+ Dedicated times to train together under competitive environments that will bind them as teammates and maximize individual efforts.
+ Top quality equipment and a state of the art training facility.
+ Tailored programming and on-site, supervised coaching during training sessions.
+ Coaching at local, regional and national weightlifting competitions.
This program is for those athletes looking to train and compete in the sport of Weightlifting. Specialty programming and training is included. Trojan is a sanctioned weightlifting club through USAW.
We provide 3, 4 and 5 day a week training programs. The following is a list of hours a coach will be on the floor.
Monday: No Coaching Session
Tuesday: 6:00PM to 8:00PM
Wednesday: For 5-day a week training – Accessory day not coached
Thursday: 6:00PM to 8:00PM
Saturday: 8:00AM to 10:00AM
Sunday: 9:00AM to 11:00AM – This is an all level session and meant to for people want to take a trial session
