All classes are mixed levels and 1 hour long

7:00 am

6:30 pm - Last class on Friday

7:30 pm -This is only Monday - Thursday

Saturday 9:00 am and 11:00 am

Sunday 10:00 am

We have 3 basic training class for all new members or members who want to brush up on some skills every Monday, Wednesday and Friday nights at 5:30pm
