Our goal at ESTLR is to provide our members with an encouraging supportive fun path to achieving their fitness goals. Getting fit and healthy shouldn’t be boring. It should be fun, varied and done with friends!
Our team of coaches is experts at combining the best results-based training and nutrition principles with a heavy dose of encouragement, accountability, creativity, and fun. The result is a supportive community of individuals who encourage and celebrate each other’s success.
The goals of our members are as diverse as the Los Angeles population. To serve these varied needs, we offer goal-based programs and coaching options. Whether you want to lose a little belly fat and “firm up” some squishy parts, get moving again after being sedentary for too long, or you want to find your peak athleticism so that you can dominate the weekends in your hobbies of choice, we have a program for you. Our coaches are trained to listen and determine the best way to help our members achieve their goals.
You don’t have to be in shape to start! We love introducing people who haven’t exercised in years to what we do. We teach people how to move well, which keeps them injury-free and inspired to continue pursuing their health and fitness goals. The long-term result is some amazingly fit people. But just because you see some very fit members coming through our doors doesn’t mean they all started that way.

Trojan members have access to open gym from 6:00am to Close, more than 12 group coaching sessions per day, 3 different goal-based programs (everything from endurance classes to Olympic weightlifting and CrossFit), nutrition coaching, Paleo meal pick-up service, and showers. – and a host of other membership benefits.
