Technique-first coaching

Technical.
Structured.
Serious.

Olympic weightlifting is one of the most technically demanding disciplines in strength sports. Done well, it develops explosive power, full-body coordination, mobility, and a kind of strength that carries into everything else you do athletically. At ESTLR, we take the technical side seriously.

Our programme has two tracks: a development track for athletes building foundational technique, and a competition preparation track for lifters working toward meets and personal records.
