Regardless of your past athletic experience or current level of fitness, everyone who first comes to Trojan Athletics is provided with the opportunity to learn about basic techniques, movements, terminology, and pre-workout warm-ups before participating in regular Trojan CrossFit classes. These are our Basic Training classes that are included with our membership and are for first-timers or anyone who feels that they may need a refresher. With our Private Basic Training, you will get one-on-one personal attention, just you and the Coach with the flexibility to schedule at your convenience.
Basic Training is the perfect place to ask questions, get comfortable and meet our community before transitioning into our regular classes.
