Hang Clean + Clean
Work up to heavy, then take 2-3 drop sets (take roughly 7-8 sets total)

3 Rounds for Time:
10 Thrusters (155/105)
15 AbMat Sit-Ups
200m Run



Str- Push Press: 3x5 @ 65% Last week’s 4RM

WOD 1-
Rowing Intervals:
16 x 1 Minute On/1 Minute Off. Low damper.
Complete 1-2 Muscle Ups during 1 Minute Off time.

Extra- Planks and Boat Holds, alternating, for 6 Minutes (your choice of length of work and rest)
