WOD 2.5.16

A) Clean & Jerk Ladder

Start @ 95/65
Add 10/5# total EMOM until fail.*

Fail: Start immediately
0-5 min = Row 5k
5-10min = Row 2k
10-15min = Row 1k
15+ = no row
Athlete may take as many attempts as they’d like within the minute.

B) Death by…

...Burpees!

(aka Coach Bosack’s all time favorite workout.)

 

Start at 10 burpees,
increase by 2 reps EMOM till failure.
